Contract Term

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date. This is non-refundable. The deposit payment can be paid by cash or card in-store or by EFT. Due to the nature of the business, your date will not be held until a deposit is paid and a contract is received.

Your deposit will be deducted from the balance, which will be due two days prior to your day of service.

A copy of this makeup contract will be sent to you via email upon completion.

When having make up done on location

Please note that our rate charged allows for 40 minutes per person for make up which includes a quick 5 min touch up following the last make up application. The make up artist will arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Should you require additional touch ups which exceed the allocated time, or be late additional charges will apply.

Please inform us of extra guests or family members wanting makeup 48 hours in advance.

Travelling Policy

A makeup artist can travel to you location at R4 a kilometre. Distance will be measured from the store to the venue and back to the store. This will be quoted for together with your package. Should the distance differ from what is given to us, an additional invoice will be made out to the function.

All trials will be done in store.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before the day without any extra charges. Your 50% original deposit is still non-refundable. If you cancel 30 days prior to your day 50% of the total date rate quote will be charged. If you cancel within 2 weeks or less of the day you will then be charged 100% of the total wedding day rate quoted.
